In Motorola Droid Turbo, you don’t have the option of blocking the calls, but have the options of auto accept or auto reject which means that if someone calls you it either will be auto accepted or auto rejected by your command and the option you chose before.

1: Open the Menu Bar and search for the contacts because “contacts” is the application from where all the contacts are visible and controlling is made on these contacts from this application.
2: Tap on the contact that you want to auto reject or auto-accept.
3: Click on the EDIT or the EDIT sign.
4: This will open the settings of that contact and you can make changes in the contact.
5: Scroll down and you will find the option of “All calls to voicemail” click on it.
6: Click on Enable or disable from this option and from here on you have simply blocked or if you want to say is properly, you have put the contact on the auto reject list.

Make sure that the contact which you wanted to block is the one you are putting on auto reject, because sometimes we accidentally click on something else and this can happen to you as well and you would probably block someone you really need to talk, you will never receive the call from them afterwards after that so think properly who you want to put on auto reject and who you want to put on auto-accept.
